| Let our customers tell you about Us My Comments: A few years ago, I met Bill McKenna when he came to my Frisco house to give me an estimate for the repair of my air conditioner; I hired him on the spot, as I knew right away that I had found the best man for the job (call it a gut feeling). Last year, I called Bill again to put in two new air conditioning units as well as to restructure and reroute the entire system in my Plano house, which was old, poorly designed, and inefficient. I have been extremely happy not only with Bill's work, but also his character. Bill is not just any "Joe Repairman". He is a decent, honest, polite, and very caring individual. I have never felt he was doing the work just for the money, because he takes pride in doing it well and making sure you're getting the service and attention you deserve. In a world where most contractors are just interested in getting the most money for the least effort, Bill truly is one of a kind. I would highly recommend Bill McKenna to anyone looking for the best, most qualified person who would do the job at a reasonable price. Cooling Texas called immediately and showed up within an hour! I had to go to work, so my wife handled the repair appointment. Rather than trying to upsell her with phony repairs, the repairman assured her that it was just in need of some serious cleaning and the A/C was running perfectly when he was finished.
